I really like the NOW D-Mannose Powder because it’s easy to mix with water and gives flexibility in adjusting the amount. This product is amazing if any kind of e coli bladder or UTI infection is suspected. It grabs the e coli and pulls it out. It's safe for anyone as its a simple sugar, but does not affect blood sugar levels. The taste is fine for anyone even a kid. The NOW brand size, value and quality is great. Dosage for active infection is 5 times a day. maintenance dosage is twice a day.

This is a great product to already have on hand if you ever get a UTI - although iherb shipped this fast, I received it in just two days even without the expedited shipping. It seems to be the same taste and quality as the more expensive brand recommended by my naturopath. You take one teaspoon stirred in water a few times daily or as directed by your practitioner. It works. It has a sweet taste. Taking too much of any brand of D Mannose can have a laxative effect so I make sure to measure. It's way more effective than those old ideas about cranberry.

Good quality the ingredients are simple to read the size of the bottle is very big the dosage is a spoon size in your juice or water. The only thing is it makes you pee a lot I guess that means it’s working. The taste is very sweet the benefits is flushing you out and detoxification

If you don’t want bladder infections this is a must, has a bitter taste but im use to it , you only need a little and it works.
