Ingredients have a lot of sand. I opened the capsule and poured in my mouth feeling sand I am disappointed so I stopped taking it, waisted my money. Please iherb you are known for good quality look into this and correct may be the bottle I got has sand, for I tried several still sandy.

Bravo for this product. I didn’t think I needed this and was afraid it would upset my stomach. It is very gentle and as you take it day and night it becomes powerful naturally. The quality of ingredients benefit the body as long as you follow the label. I noticed changes during the first week.
Crystal Star Candida Balance has a solid mix of herbs that seem targeted for yeast overgrowth. It helped reduce candida-related symptoms, although I do take a few other similar supplements. Easy to take and feels like a gentle but effective formula.
