You know I've run out of these when I start acting extra.... umm.... EXTRA. Like I feel extra nuts without these. The times I have run out, I swear I feel the difference and I'm not a lot of fun, I absolutely try to never run out. I don't know that it does anything for me physically, but emotionally, I can tell.

I have notice when I start using it before the Period by 14 day more calm comparing to other month mood been obviously changed to better indeed 👌
