Impressed with the quality and clean ingredients—no weird fillers. The capsule size is manageable, and dosage is easy to stick with. Not sure if maybe I just didn’t take these long enough, but I didn’t really notice a huge difference. I was hoping it would help some of my afternoon/evening sugar cravings but that was not the case. However, I had no negative side effects and they were easy pills to take.
I love Crystal Star products and this one does not disappoint. I followed the directions and started with 2 capsules daily for the recommended time, and now only take one per day. Although I haven't seen a big dropped in my weight lost, but it does help me from gaining more when I eat badly for a few days.
I started to use them recently, If I don't forget to take them I noticed that my appetite decreased and I can go along without food for a long time
