Digestive Enzymes, 90 Veggie Caps

My husband and I have been taking digestive enzymes now for about 3 years and these are among the best we have tried. We are both seniors, he is 75 and I am 66, and digestive enzymes have made a great difference to the efficient functioning of our digestive systems (though we also make and drink our own kefir on a regular basis). We take 2 per day and find them good value, especially if we are dining out and likely to have more carbs and fat in our meals than we do at home. Healthy Origins is a good company and we thoroughly recommend this product.

The trial size helped quell some bloating issues I was having so I decided to purchase the larger size to truly determine the effectiveness of the product. I can happily say that this is an excellent product for food intolerances and nutrient absorption. I have been on many different digestive enzyme products over the years and this product is certainly one of the best that I have taken. I no longer have bloating issues after meals and I seem to have substantially more energy than I had just a matter of a few months ago. A+ product.

I got these because they have a large amount of enzymes for the price, so it is a good va lue. However, they don't do miracles: I don't really notice much difference when I take them and I'm too stingy to take a handful at once, but sofar absolutely no digestive enzyme has made a noticeable difference other than the Now brand one with cow's panceas in it. That one causes burn and indigestion, so I avoid it.

These enzymes do the trick for me. It is the winning combination, amount of each enzyme for me. I've been using digestive enzymes for years, and don't do well with those that contain only a few enzymes (I need a whole battery of them) or small amounts of each. I also like that there are no harmful pill additives in this product.

I'm on a virtually grain free diet and on the odd occasion that I eat something with grains (gluten free) I've found one of these enzyme tablets help my system to manage. Even though I have a really pure simple diet, anytime I've eaten something a little hard on my digestion, one of these supports me and I haven't been getting the symptoms I would normally get when my digestive system goes 'off'.

This is a clean and good brand. I switch between different good brands of enzymes after every bottle. They are a must have for my digestive health.
