I decided to choose this vitamin without iron. Iron is good for you if it distributes correctly into the body. I have learned that if it doesn't, it oxidises the system and although I am anaemic, I chose the one without iron. It is a really quality vitamin overall and boosts energy. I don't like the magnesium citrate though, it is not a good and absorbable form of magnesium. Tastes like nothing and easy to swallow, although I don't like eating pills.
