Arnica montana by Boiron is a trusted brand. This works as a substitute for pain killer and antibiotic. It keeps my dog well after surgery and she recovers quickly. Took it before my wisdom tooth removal and after, is was almost painless and there wasnt much swelling. I believed that arnica helped so much with recovery.

I was introduced to this supplement after having a nose threadlift, the consultant told me that it helps with bruising and discolouration. I would say it definitely works, I had minimal bruise discolouration as compared to the first time when I did not use this supplement.
