A safe remedy for these wonderful peas, small and slightly sweet and melting in the mouth. I often use it for bloating and mild upset stomach. We even sometimes give it to our dog if she has a bloated stomach or mild upset stomach. How great that there is an opportunity to buy such useful products on iHerb. I recommend it.

However I'm experiencing "proving" effects (congested, runny nose & neck pain that won't go away!), so I've been told to not take even 1 pellet a day but dilute 1 into a glass of water and take a tsp 4 xday. I did that and it's still too strong for me, so now I have to dilute the 1 tsp into another glass of water. Wow. Time will tell. Oh, I'm not taking it for what it says on the label, I had no idea it was for that. Its nickname is "corpse reviver". Explains it all. It helps a lot!

So happy to find something that works so quick. Bonus is it tastes good. Little tiny pellets and so convenient. I sadly have to say it took me forever to figure out how to open this little container and resorted to players and practically tearing the top off. Then I read online the correct way. Now that’s awesome. Make sure to turn the top with the lid on and tip it upside down to dispense pellets inside the lid. Now I know. lol
