The quality is good and ingredients are pure. Size is very small and easy to take. This supplement helps with homeopathy, mood, sleep and relax. The taste is mild. Packaged well. I don't have any concerns with this product. If you looking for something can benefit improvement in the stress and sleep.

Cool compact package. beads were definitely much smaller than what I was envisioning, and they don't taste horrible, but they do absolutely nothing. Maybe someone else that will work for but I take prescription strength. Anxiety medication and was hoping to find some nice alternatives, and I will say, this is not it zero effect.
