My cat recently had diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting, and this helped him immensely. I would drop a pellet into half a tsp of water and wait until it dissolved, and then I would syringe it into my cat's mouth. He wasn't vomiting or having as much diarrhea anymore. I use this for sleep. It has to be taken AFTER trying Kali Phos 6x -- 4 pills at bedtime. Four more after 15 minutes if you are not asleep. If THAT doesn't work, then you take this product... kali phos removes and stress that is keeping you from sleep. Nux Vomica removes any digestion issues that might be the culprit. I usually go out like a light after the first dose of Kali Phos... but sometimes this longer recipee is needed. I also like the fact that it is sugarless.
