I turned 40 this year and decided to get a multivit suitable for my changing needs. This product is great because it doesn’t have an awful after taste (especially when you burp) and it doesn’t upset the stomach. It is vegan so it is also a plus point for me.

I am on my third bottle, and I have noticed that I feel much better and more energized. The third bottle was one pill short, though.

I like the quality of the ingredients and size of container makes it long lasting. My digestive system is very bad so I have trouble absorbing nutrients. I'm not sure if this is being fully digested but if you don't have digestive issues it probably works better.
