I tested my levels before and after using this product. I really like that it’s vegan because then I know it doesn’t have any animal-testing or animal-by-product. It works and it’s great value especially when I can save more by adding it to my autoship. The flavor is vanilla and I just drink a bit of water afterwards so it doesn’t linger. But it’s not bad at all. Not my favorite but I rather use a spray than swallow a pill. I spoke with my doctor to figure out my dosage. I am happy to say it lasts me a while. Great packaging too. I can recycle it.
The quality seems to be great, and the dosage size is good. Overall, the ingredients are good and I heard the benefits are great too. I take it everyday, I can tell it's working because sometimes it gives instant release and other times I have to wait a few days. I know for sure when I use it, I love the taste.
