One of the few multis without crazy 'mega' doses of vits & minerals per capsule/serving. Appreciate the non-methylated forms of B vits but the use of cyanocobalamin rather than adenosyl or hydroxy forms of cobalamin/B12 is very unfortunate. If not for that this would be a good multi for methyl sensitive adults as well as children.

the ingredients are good but I feel any changein my son and difference in comparison with the regular multivitamins. I wouldn't use it again.
i bought these tablets for my 8 year old son who is on the spectrum. the ingredients are very good quality and a decent size that make it easy to swallow. he takes 2 tablets per day. before he was taking vitamin gummies but i feel like these have a a higher percentage of each vitamins and minerals. i will continue to purchase as ao far seems like the best multivitamins for him.
