This product is very good for the immune system. I have personally noticed that it is also useful for mild allergies. THorne uses ingredients of the highest quality, the capsules are small in size and do not have an unpleasant taste. I used the recommended dosage and noticed very good results.

Good supplement, but for allergies I would recommend the same version but the complex with bromelain. This one alone isn’t enough to deal with strong allergies.
