The salt is good, but it should be stored in a dry place as it tends to harden

I haven’t had any problems with this product and I prefer it over the packets of salt that come with many neti pot or neti rinse kits/packages.

I regularly use a neti pot and am very particular about the quality of salt I use. I now buy this salt in the larger bag and refill this smaller container as it is the perfect size. I feel like it is a good value for the quality of quantity of salt. The neti pot is so effective at relieving nasal congestion and I use it at least once or twice per week. I feel the benefits immediately after use.

Two sided scoop lets you decide how salty you want the water. I use Neti pot regularly through the year to keep migraines at bay, and especially when pollen is high or I've caught a respiratory bug. I'm convinced it shortens the time of illness.

Use 80% spoonfuls of salt (the provided one, the larger size) mix with 250ml lukewarm water, its so comfy n feeling cleaned after each use. I flushed 2 bottles , 500ml mixture every night. Must have it each time after i travelled on high ways.

After using the neti-pot for a long time, I realized it was a better deal to buy the tub of salt rather than the individual packets (Neil Med). It works just as well for the nasal rinse but is a better unit price. This size has lasted me 11 months with maybe every other day or 3 times a week use. I use a porcelain neti-pot to avoid plastic exposure.
