FODMAP friendly, barely noticeable difference from water, excellent price. As far as I can tell, PHGG is only on the market from Sunfiber, and not available to me locally. I'm most definitely dependent on supplemental soluble fiber but all the others give me additional pains, or are brown and/or slimy. iherb's terrific delivery on this high quality product is a positive point of cheer.

This product is great if you have IBS or are not getting enough fibre in you diet such as veggies.
This fiber, (guar fiber) is like no other! I know ... my mother has severe IBS and this product has made such a difference for her. She was on every other type of fiber on the market and nothing works as well as Healthy Origins. Lorna Vanderhaege has just brought out a similar type of fiber in which she uses 'guar gum' or 'Sun Fibre' (the trade name) and hers is $40.00 for a 120-gram bag!! HEALTHY ORIGINS is a fraction of the price and you get more! Honestly, we the public are so gouged!
