I keep on returning to this Omega-3 time and time again. I’m sure you know how important it is to supplement this element even in seemingly healthy diet. I just adjust a serving according to my needs taking it with breakfast and dinner. It does have a fish smell/aftertaste but that is what you get with these, and taking it right before the meal helps.
