Weirdly and unexpectedly I felt a difference from taking these. I always have low hopes when trying a new supplement, bc I have low absorbtion in my gut. I have immune deprivation with ME/CFS and I have tried a lot of supplements that doesn't work. I can't really explain how much better I felt, it wasn't like I suddenly got healthy. But I did feel better after a few days use only

I used to always get the flu whenever there was member of the family that have it. When I started taking this supplement, even if they are near with me or living with me, I am able to survive the flu season in the family. I did not get the flu and did not experience any flu related symptoms which I think is very good. Aside from this, I am also taking good care of myself so don’t depend on just one supplement. That’s why it’s called supplements, they are our health supporters.

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.

Some say it's best started early to really boost your immune system, and I wish I'd known that sooner!

I am 32 years old and suffer from chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) from a toxic mold exposure. Since then I am looking for high quality products that are affordable. This product has great ingredients and I really like the packaging. My main concern is insomnia and inflammation. This has not really helped. I find this brand to be ineffective for what I am dealing with. Good size capsules and inexpensive.

I want this for the quality and the ingredients. The size of the bottle is amazing the dosage you can use it always and beneficially it can benefit your immunity the taste. It doesn’t taste anything, but it smells like mushroom, which is OK. It’s perfect for the people who always have flu all the time.

I take this after chemotherapy. Good for a month use.

The ingredients seemed to be of quality in this supplement. The size is good and this benefited my mum by helping her battle cancer. The dosage is also super easy to manage, super easy to take as there’s no distinct taste. I recommend the product although I didn’t see too much of a difference after taking it hence a 4/5

The capsules size are okay, and you may especially benefit from NK cell activator if you need your immune system boosted . Nk cells and T cells are the ones of most important components of our immunity. I use it as a part of wider protocol for improving my immunity terrain.
