I think these are ok/good. For me I burp the oil. It burns a little. I don’t think it’s the product’s fault. I took one with a snack and burped it for hours. Alternatively I took one with a larger dinner and didn’t burp peppermint oil. So they’re not terrible, just not for me for faint use. Keeping them in case I feel off or sick like with cold or flu symptoms. Good to have on hand for any type of infection.

I combined this with Berberine because I highly suspect I have SIBO and I must say nothing has worked for the bloating and acidity this well for me before. It's a little uncomfortable in the stomach the first couple of days but then it gets easier and feels cool in the stomach.
