Great quality and small size to swollen them very easy no tastes in my mouth .I can feel body shifts after take a few days I start with 5 a days as recommended package in glass jar.great detox superfood. Pure ingredient if you look for antioxidant. I recommended this and Dr.Mercola I know his products very high quality and trust to use and I have his book also.
I typically love Dr. Mercola products, but they can be a bit on the expensive side. I think they are worth it, but I usually try and find other less expensive alternatives if I can. This is one product where I don't, I spend the money. I haven't found a comparable product, the others are cheaper for a reason, they're not as good.
It’s hard to say whether it REALLY was this or not, but since I started taking this, I have not had to deal with my hemorrhoids flaring up (TMI?). I feel like they help me have smoother bowl movements. I don’t get anything negative from it and if anything, it’s helping so I’m going to keep taking them!
These are great for what I need - needed something as a binder for my parasite detox. Great product!
