Hibiscus tea is a must have in my cabinet at home and work.The taste is good as tea, but if you prepare it as cold drink with a natural sweetner and a sqeeze of lemon ,it becomes really great. However, I have frequent complaints with stomach problems and suffer from bloating and sometimes nausea and when that happens, Hibiscus tea is my savior.
