After taking them one weeks I noticed a little bit of relief with the hot flashes and makes me less moody. I hope this is helpful to someone in a similar situation.

I have been using Estroven Mood Boost for 3 years. The black cohosh ingredient used has kept my night sweats at bay. Thought I could go without it a year ago and the night sweats soon started.
