Complete Tissue & Bone, 440 mg, 100 Vegetarian Caps

For this caps: My body changed drastically since I started using dr. Cristopher herbs. I read a lot about herbs and how much they are important to maintain our body. I am using this caps for the second time and the result are wonderful. I use it to heal my injured knee while training and I also use to get rid of the pain in a broken ankle from the past. Using these caps I forgot about this pain totally and I also advised my friend and she has the same result.

My daughter, who is a very active athletic type, had two dislocations (shoulder and knee) within a few months. I felt like she might have some nutritional deficiency. The ingredient composition are all natural plant derived. If you have any diet deficiencys this supplement helps improvement with healing. No bad taste either, as you need to take it on an empty stomach. I think this is a good quality supplement!

We are both in our 70's and our bodies don't recover as fast as they use to so we decided to try Christophers based on the positive reviews. I believe it has helped me to recover from the scrapes and bruises that I get trying to stay active and doing work around the home and outside landscape. Cuts seem to heal faster and balck and blues are not as frequent and fade faster.

Actually forgot I had this until my foot and leg was hurting recently.. I have used the oil before and it helped a lot so took a couple of these on an empty stomach and it really helped with the pain.. definitely will keep them in hand … just remember have to drink a lot of water when using herbs like these…

I started taking these a few months prior to my bilateral hip replacement to help with healing. And they really have I think. A huge bonus feature is accelerated hair growth and also my grey hairs are being replaced by dark brown again. I am 64 and will continue these for the foreseeable future.

I've had good results with other Christopher's products. I bought this out of desperation for my shoulder issues. Unfortunately, I did not notice much benefit. I guess this is more for before issues arise.
