I was having hot flashes (some days 5 or 6 but most days 10 or 15.) It became unbearable. I met with my doctor and she recommended HRT (hormone replacement therapy). But before taking any hormones (I was concerned about the side effects of hormones ) my sister said Estroven was helpful for her so I spoke to my doctor and said I wanted to give Estroven a try rather than HRT. After taking Estroven, I noticed a difference in the first week! I honestly couldn’t believe it so i decided to wait to review it until I had taken it long enough to confirm results . It has now been over 3 months that I have been taking Estroven & I can count on one hand how many hot flashes i’ve had in that time. I've been way past menopause for some years now and recently quit taking my half tablet of this in the mornings. Turned out it was a VERY BAD move! I couldn't get to sleep at nite and NO energy at all during the day. So I went back to my half tablet of this in the morning with my normal vitsmin regime, and bingo! I'm back on track.
