Very good product , but expensive. You are supposed to take 4 , but 2 for me personally is enough so it was worth its while. Also it is free of rubbish, not that we can call something organic anymore, with airplanes dumping toxicines on us on a daily basis , excuse global warming ,we need to block the sun and create rain stories, whilst pretending not doing that daily. Anyway good product.

I've finally found a high quality, whole food multivitamin that doesn't make me feel sick, doesn't make me severely constipated, and doesn't cause acne breakouts. My skin has actually never been as clear as it has been since I started taking these. I'm shocked. I didn't think it was a possiblity for me to have my skin as clear as it is right now. Mind you, I've only been taking two and i'm still experiencing benefits. The tablets have the usual multivitamin taste, but it's hardly detectable. It's not untolerable at all.

I love this brand. Many daily multivitamin brands actually make me go to the toilet. They sometimes give me indigestion too. But not this brand. The ingredients are extra quality and many antioxidant items are unique too. The size is generous and and potent and will last a long time. This is perfect for prevent.

So I will certainly not be ordering this again. Besides that it gives me a migraine type headache the pills are big and you need to take four to get the whole dose. Very disappointed- and annoyed at waste of money. I cannot believe I am the only woman to get a headache..

I’ve loved this product from day one, because its blend of ingredients is truly unique and couldn’t find them in any other multivitamin. It’s clearly a high quality product, the size is a bit big but that’s not a problem for me. Even though the daily serving is 4 capsules, I only take 2 and really feel that’s enough.

This ingredient blend for women is wonderful, all in two tablets. I did a comparison with two other popular price range products, potency and quality did not compare. If my day is demanding I take two then one in the afternoon, not too late or I can't sleep because I feel the wonderful purpose for the vitamins minerals and herbs doing their work.
