I have used natural vitality calm for an evening supplement before bed for many years it’s great to help you stay regular in the morning. I love the cherry flavor, which is not always easy to find 2 teaspoons in a glass of water. it’s a good choice for magnesium citrate and very pleasing to drink. The packaging is very pleasing and the benefit as well worth taking the time to use it in the evening although you could take it any time of day.

I have kept CALM Magnesium in stock for years now. I used to work at Whole Foods and a friend turned me onto it for stress/anxiety. She was right! This works wonders for chilling me out! I even used this when tapering off some medications to help keep my nervous system calm and it is so beneficial! Easy to use, good size, it tastes good, I like the warm cup of this before bed and I snooze all night having peaceful dreams! Helps me to go the bathroom too if I increase the serving size on days I might be constipated. I like the package it comes in because it’s easy to scoop out.
