This is a gentle on the gut version of vitamin c at high dosage. This formula is first of all very gentle in the stomach and the vitamin c doesn’t oxidizes very quickly like other brands. Very high quality ingredients and packaging. I do feel like when taking it over a long time- I get less sick.
