I'm following Dr. Ellie's advice to keep my teeth healthy. This little gem really works to bring the situation in your mouth after a meal under control, especially on the go when brushing your teeth is problematic. I use it after eating something during the day when I know I won't be brushing my teeth 40 minutes later (like breakfast or supper). After the hard coating dissolves it stimulates your salivary glands and within seconds the mouth is already full of sweet saliva with xylitol which promotes good bacteria growth and suppresses the bad ones. Then it becomes soft and feels like an ordinary chewing gum. The mouth feels almost as if you've brushed your teeth with toothpaste. Acidity goes away, it feels fresh and nice. Exp. Good quality ingredients. Taste not yo harsh on mouth to use. Decent size bottle and flip top package. Good composition of ingredients not too sweet like candy it freshens smell. Good for after you eat with a good diet. Oral cancer great for dry mouth issues. Pieces are a bit smaller

I chew two at a time since the flavor doesn't last long and it's a small amount of gum. I'm using them after every meal to reduce tartar buildup. It's too soon to tell if it's working but it's been an easy addition to my routine.

Good quality gum that has a good purpose and not just to chew. Great ingredients. Tastes is not the best as it reminds me of baking soda with mint but the size and everything else is okay. I like that it’s not too sweet and I know I’m doing something good for my teeth while chewing.
