I highly recommend this product and other probiotics by this brand. I’ve been taking it for about 4 years (with intervals). It almost made my dermatitis to go away and improved my IBS significantly (I’d say from 8-10 to 2-4). I think that it’s so good because it doesn’t have to be stored in cold, when most of other products do, therefore probiotics die during the transportation. Overall I’m very happy and it’s defiantly worth a try!

Quality is excellent and this one is one of the higher amounts you can find. I have a child who has food allergies and probiotics helps her keep her tummy healthy and these do it! Plus this is once a day which makes it easy to take and seems to be always make your healthier for taking it. Probiotics were created to take the place of anti-depressants but I am amazed how people do not realize that it is must to help not only stomach health but brain health too! I take a form of these as well but the women's health one and will not change. :) Nothing better for your body!

This company has very good products, and I'm sure this formula will be no different. It should have been noted in the description that they are best refrigerated. I prefer a shelf stable formula from this same company, but have been unable to find it again.
