It was my first purchase of this product, but I've been taking Garden of Life Once Daily women's 50 billion for a while. I wanted to try different kinds of probiotics, and this was a great choice as I wanted to improve my urinary health, too. It says 2 capsules per day, but I take 1 capsule per day as I experienced diarrhoea. 1 capsule still works because I have no problem with constipation or IBS, which was the reason to start taking probiotics.
I have been using these for years, but I can't get them anymore in the Health Food store in Canada, so I appreciate being able to order them from you
