I used to go to have to urinate 4-6 times every night which made getting a decent sleep difficult. The doctor prescribed alpha blockers which cause huge fluctuations in my blood pressure and didn't help the bladder/prostate problem. We've tried a lot of prostate support pills, but this one is the best overall. No big horse pills (they're smaller in size), vegetarian and bioavailable; the only drawback is the dosage, as you do take a lot of them at a time.
