This is a great antioxidant which I have took for a few years now. Great for detoxification and relieving the body of heavy metals. this is a good combination as algae and chlorella. This is beneficial for me as I can take several pain medications at a time and feel that this helps flush them out of my body. I will be purchasing these again for sure.
I must say that this superfood delivered what it promised! The quality is great! When we took it I can see the increase in energy, vitality and improvement in our health. Though i have switched brands, I am very happy that i got to try this product. The quantity, quality and the price are what make me recommend it. The tablet size is bigger compared to other brands but not a thing to worry about. The taste is acceptable. I'm putting this product on my cart to save it for refill!

The benefit of these tablets, and the reason I purchased them, is that I remembered them helping my sinuses better than allergy pills years ago, and now they still do and are. I take all 12 tabs early in the day, sometimes with my one meal or just empty morning stomach. They have a slight algae taste on the way down but nothing to cry about. I have never mixed them in a smoothie, but I imagine they taste similar to the green smoothie mix.
