I heard that this is the better and healthier version of cinnamon. I use it every day for my morning coffee and tea. I like the taste, it's not overpowering for me but I can already taste it even with just a little dash of it. I also read that it's also good for skin health if consistently taken, not sure yet about that but let's see. Consumer Reports had an article about a year ago about large amounts of lead in cinnamon. They test numerous brands and Simply Organic was one they recommended. I love the glass jars and how they put the name on the lid. As a baker I think Ceylon cinnamon tastes better and improves recipes. A little cinnamon in coffee is a great way to start the day.
