This great quality sea salt is rough textured and quite moist. I bought a glass container with hole lids for sprinkling. The moist sea salt does get stuck to the lids from time to time. Just use a toothpick to poke the holes to free up the salt. It has an unique pleasant taste, it is not only salt-ish, it is also sweet-ish. Thus making the celtic sea salt tastes more "dimensional". It has a fresh "sea-like" smell. It comes in a good package size that will last you quite some time. Best of all, it contains high level of bio-available essential mineral ingredient composition that are good for the body health benefits. Thus I always add this celtic sea salt to most of my food diets and baking recipes. You just need a bit of the sea salt serving. No regret in waiting and getting this celtic sea salt!

Love this salt! I won’t use anything else. It is a smaller package, but it keeps really well and a little goes a long way. Great for taking as is with water - has great electrolyte benefits. All around the product has more trace minerals and a lower sodium content. It tastes great! I use it to season my meals and for boiling water (various reasons).
