I'm a Dairy Tecnician and I know the benefits of Lactose. I can't use normal white sugar because of my NAFLD. Here in Iceland I can't buy Lactose, so IHerb helps me with this .... Thx.

Very good quality. The price is best in the market. It tastes good. It arrives on time with good packaging in controlled temperature container. However, it appears that supply is not available all the time.
I use this as one of the many ingredients I use to make a homemade baby formula when my breast milk dried up, and my baby loves it. She has never refused a bottle and is thriving. I order bags of it and the consistency is always the same. Fantastic
It feels a bit gritty to taste and doesn't dissolve easily in water, but when used in baking, it gives quiet a rich flavour background flavour.
Not very expensive, seem to have high quality, will buy again when finished. This is good for ice cream to make it softer, without the use of skim milk powder.

I use this in my homemade baby’s formula, and it works great! Doesn’t give her yeast rash like some other sweeteners did. Price is a little high though.
