Tastes a little less sweet than regular sugar but is still a good substitute for a sweetener. The quality is spot on and the ingredients can cause a laxative effect if you have too much so i would recommend mixing it with another sweetener if a recipe requires a good amount of sugar.

I've been using erythritol previously, a different brand though. Was glad to find this on iHerb. The taste is different from the regular sugar, of course, and I am ok with it. I am mindful about my sugar intake, and erythritol serves this purpose well.
