I would like to boost my liver health, so I have begun to take this for above two month. I have diabetes and take metformin, so my review can be a bit slanted, but this product seems to work pretty well. I pop one in my mouth before I eat a heavy carb based meal. It feels like it controls blood sugar levels well. One bottle lasts a long time because I don’t take it reguarly.
