This is good for shingles. Haven't tried yet, hope I don't get shingles. But I always carry one with me just in case someone needs it. Many studies have shown it is more effective than meds, need to be taken within 72 hours, preferably within 24 hrs when symptoms start.

Great quality! Good ingredients! Taste is okay too. I give this to my child when she have trouble falling asleep, it helps her relax and calm. She also uses it whenever she has flu or fever and it helps her heal very quick. Size is good. Packaging is perfect. It's really beneficial for health. My kid has no problem taking it. It calms the nerves and it's also anti bacterial and anti parasitic. It helps with tonsillitis, it also detoxifies liver, spleen and kidneys.

I bought it for my child because I know about its amazing benefits, such as Lemon Balm reducing nerve pain, being helpful for ADHD and Autism, and reducing anxiety and stress. I heard that it can help with sore throats. I’m so glad I found a product that’s good for my child when they have a sore throat because, in winter, my child often gets sore throats and coughs. This is also a brand that I find safe for my family.

Not really effective in helping our kids especially since they did not like the taste at all. As an adult I didn't seem to mind it but I could see that it may not be popular with children. Even when we tried mixing it in some juice (mainly lemonade or other citrus type drinks), they were hesitant to drink it & usually rejected it. When we did manage to get them to take it, there didn't seem to be any type of "calming effect". Will not be buying again unfortunately.

I loved how it gently calms my son and myself. I use this lemon balm to calm my son before doctor's appointments, because he is usually afraid and not cooperative. Also I use it when my son wakes up at night and can't go to sleep for some reason. Melissa gently soothes us. that is my second purchase.

I have ordered this many time already and will keep doing it. Helps me (not my kids!) to sleep better and calm my anxiety. The ingredients are natural, doesn't have alcohol in it and tastes better because of that, and I really do feel an improvement in sleep quality after I take this.
