This prenatal is great and reliable! This is my go to prenatal for 2nd/3rd trimesters. To be honest the taste is not amazing - but there are not any out there (with good nutrients) that actually taste good - so it is what it is. I love this ONE A DAY pill version they have created. It is easy for me to use each day - especially because I hate to take vitamins. But if you prefer even more vitamin loaded - check out their original version which is 3 pills a day.

I have used this multivitamin since pregnancy and now while I am breastfeeding. The quality is really good. I will continue to buy this product while breastfeeding.

This is such an easy prenatal to take, be sure to take it in the middle of your largest meal as it can cause some nausea, and be warned of some gassiness.
