These are CLEARLY working for me...as noted after a bowel movement. Getting rid of candida is not a quick fix, especially since most of us don't know we have it for years, but this product is by far the best product I have used so far. P.S. I believe it is critical to make sure to drink enough water when taking this product to help flush the toxins out of the body...

I took it daily initially and it set off a flare up right after. I then spaced it out to alternate days and my guts seems to be tolerating be tolerating better this way. It doesn’t have a pleasant smell when ingested. The size is small and the quality is good imo.

I took it for suspecting candida overgrowth. Initially, it was quite effective, nearly clearing the coating on my tongue. However, over time, its effectiveness seemed to decrease. After about a month of use, I developed significant nausea, most likely caused by the supplement. I would recommend starting with a low dose, for example, every other day, to see how your body reacts before increasing the frequency.
