I took this multivitamin for over a year and it is the best I’ve found. It has high quality ingredients and I’ve found the amounts of each vitamin to be sufficient and effective. The size of the tablets are manageable and they don’t really have a bad smell or taste. For the quality of the product, the price is right especially when iHerb has it on sale.
