My doctor recommended I take a vitamin d3 supplement because of my age and we don't always get much sun in winter. This brand was highly recommended because I have multiple allergies. It seems to work well.
have been using for many years, not sure if any Vitamin D supplements actually help my numbers though lol! I think you have to find which one works best for YOUR system. But unlike the Cholecalciferol made from lanolin, this plant based one does not bother my stomach
I take 1000 IU version in summer, and up my dosage to 5000 IU in winter when I get less sun. I like this product as it seems very clean.

I was glad to find these vegan capsules that are the amount of D3 I want and not more than my body will use. I especially like that they aren't large like a lot of supplement capsules/tablets. They have a slight taste when you swallow them. At first I found it unpleasant, but now that I've been taking them a few months, I expect it and don't mind.
We have used Whole Earth & Sea Vitamin D3 for many years and it provides us much needed D3 because of the lack of sun in the winter months. This brand is of excellent quality.

i am usually very particular about supplement if it upsets my stomach after taking it cause i have acid reflux. so far so good. no side effect. will continue. it is tasteless. small size capsule and it is easy to swallow.
