It helps a lot if you have a bad cold or have asthma-related congestion or sinus blockages. I'll even water down a bit and wash over my cheeks and bridge of my nose with it to get breathing again. It is strong, so it does have to be watered down! It's also very nice for aching muscles if you're sick or have overexerted or injured yourself. The scent isn't what it once was many years ago, but it's still pleasant. My only complaint is that there's some sort of trace amount of synthetic aroma-chemical added that gives it a floral edge and doesn't wash out of your hair for a solid month . So, if you're very sensitive to that or have mcas, avoid this one.

Really excited about this one! You can get a nice smell with not too much product. I do feel that the smell is a little more minty than I had expected (a bit too overpowering for the other scents). Also interested in trying their massage essential oil of this line.

This is an excellent herbal bath liquid. The packaging is standard, and the quality is great. It creates soft bubbles in the bath. It is suitable for sensitive skin, but you should not use too much.

We use this when we are ill. Especially for my child if she has a cold and or breathing issues. Makes a lovely bath.

I love all the olbas products. This one especially. I only use a few drops and it does the job. I use every time I have a cold or feeling unwell. Helps with congestion. Love the smell.
