Vitamin K2, 180 mcg, 90 Capsules

This is one of many supplements I take daily to help increase my bone density along with vitamin D3 and calcium since diagnosed with spinal compression fractures due to osteoporosis. Dr Mercola's K2 capsules are of high quality and his ingredients are superior to other brands I've tried over the last 5 years. I can physically feel it is strengthening my bones. I would appreciate more than 30 capsules per bottle due to the price, but I will pay the price because I know for a fact it is helping me. I highly recommend this product!

My brother showed me an article about how we need vitamin K2 Mk7 in addition to vitamin D3 and vitamin A in order for the body to use calcium properly and heal damaged joints, etc. I picked the Dr Mercola brand because the Mk-7 is made from chickpeas and most of the other products available are made from natto and I'm allergic to soy. I took 3 capsules a day with a fatty meal (for absorption) along with 5,000 IU vitamin D3 from fish oil and 10,000 IU vitamin A from fish oil. I had a neck injury from a car accident years ago that still hurt and bothered me. After about a month, my neck no longer hurt or bothered me and has finally healed! I am amazed! This product is kind of expensive but I am continuing to take it because it is totally worth it for me!
