This is an excellent choice to help strengthen the immune system. I chose this in 2020 instead of a vaccine. Added Solgar sublingual Vit B complex and Vit D3 and came through the pandemic unscathed.

Zinc is a very important mineral to take as supplement, since one probably is not getting enough from what one eats. We started taking this during Covid, to decrease chances of infection from Covid and other virsus.
I have been taking the Zinc complex for several months and during that time I have noticed that my immune system has been stronger and my body seems to be more resilient to viruses than I had been in the past. I began taking this product shortly after I broke my wrist which required surgery. I healed well from the break and my scar healed rapidly (even my physcial therapist commented on it). I would recommend this product.
