I recently started taking this supplements to support mitochondrial repair and overall health after COVID. This is my first time trying PQQ but I’ve used this brand multiple times for other supplements. The size is great for what you’re getting. The ingredients are high quality, as expected from life extensions. The packaging in all their supplements is dark which is great for photo protection. I haven’t yet seen crazy benefits but the hope is that it will aid my mitochondria heal. Worth a try

I bought it because i think cell healthy is very important for the whole body.
