This ointment is fast-acting and works further wonders when combined with their sublingual cramp tablets! When I drive long distances or do too much at the gym, I sometimes get foot or leg cramps that are horrific. These combined products are the fastest-working things I have used. I prefer the sublingual tabs with the ointment for fastest relief.

I am not a great believer in homeopathy, but this ointment works, and quite fast too. It may be the magnesium content, but anyway, can recommend it.

Did not feel any benefit or improvement in my condition. After using it for a couple of weeks still had no relief. Probably, works in other cases but it did not work in mine.

I love this more than regular arnica and get a great deal of relief having my partner smear all over the back! I might need to buy stocky in Hylands. Oh and it works great on leg cramps too. You use on kids or anyone on medications-no interactions, no grease, no smell. Goodbye aches!

We keep this handy for when a cramp "strikes", it is a smooth cream that facilitates massaging the area. I believe it brings a bit of relief with it.
