The quality, ingredient and taste seem good. The size is quit small just like other vit D products. The package is fine however it doesnt have dropper with it. I will use it for my 2 kids of different age as supplement. Serving size and frequency are written in the instructions in the box. I hope it will have great benefits for my kids.
