This is as good as the childlife brand of vitamin c liquid, it tastsw sweet and tart, but the tart is mild and not too overpowering. I liked the taste more than my children did. for my children I would give it to them in a syringe to give them the right serving size. most of our food is not freshly harvested and the older food is the lower the vitamin c content. so we need to supplement.
