Despite a healthy lifestyle wrt diet and exercise, at age 55 my bone density had decreased to osteopenia levels in my hips and almost osteoporosis level in my spine. On the recommendation of my doctor, I started taking Osteoprime Plus religiously, 4 tabs a day, and one year later - same test, same machine - DEXA scan showed a 7% increase in bone density in my lumbar spine. Nature's Way is a trustworthy brand. This particular product has a fantastic list of ingredients for bone health, but the one drawback for me is that you have to take 4 tabs per day and with the number of other products I take, that makes it a little daunting. The price is reasonable for what you get in the product.

I've used this multi-vitamin for decades. My mother & her mother both had severe Osteoporosis; so this was prescribed for me when I was in my 40's. I'm now 67, and have no complications from Osteoporosis. I have to believe that this product has contributed to my excellent health.

I’m at that age when osteoporosis is a problem. I’ve been taking the supplement for at least 10 years. I recently had a deca scan. I still have osteopenia which is fine. Years ago was taking fosamax & generic fosemax. Fell in my backyard and broke my femur. Orthopedist said if not taken that medicine I wouldn’t have broken my femur. I like this formula a lot, it's good quality. It has a wide range of vitamins and minerals in good forms that are helpful for health. Definitely good if your diet is lacking or you just want to have a higher amount of minerals. Good for deficiencies.
